My friend Corie Weaver’s and her husband’s wondrous project. If you have a young reader from say 13 and up, I believe I’ve found your publishing company and authors!
Give this a good read, share with others with tweens and teens who like reading or are on the border about reading. I find the ideas and such are well worth the time and effort.
Don’t look for the next Rowling, find the quality nearest you and inspire more writers like Corie an the authors she brings to the world.
Okay, onward and upward – so I hope….
Watching the crowd around me at Starbucks. Fascinating and reminds me I have bit to do today as well as maybe cook for the household and such. I needed a break from editing, especially after realising I overlooked and obvious gap out of shear lack of sleep.
It’s not as if I have enough to do already, but it does seem that when I get restless or sleep deprived I go to the editing, writing and plotting round.
When I come up with a story my mind wanders. I find myself in a makeshift classroom and all the stories waiting to be written are vying for my attention. I pick a raised hand in the crowd and am mysteriously whisked away to a cinema where I see the story unfold. I get to speak to and listen to the characters ad get a grand idea of how to put into words what I see in my minds cinema.
I know tis is a tad brief, but hopefully I can unveil the links to a finished book or three with cover art and some really strong promise!
Stay on course ~
